Course description
The course provides an overview of the Engine designs, specifications, and adjustments that are unique to the Diesel Engine and includes presentations on the Engine System Manager, with approved personal protection Equipment for safety on the practical side.
Course objectives

- • On completion of this course the learner will be capable of:
- • Being aware of the statutory requirements, regulations, and approved codes of practices regarding rigging equipment together with the learners’ obligations to Site Safety.
- • Being aware of covers those designs, specifications, and adjustments that are unique to the Diesel engine family. A fully operational will be used for “hands-on” fuel system adjustment and emissions equipment training.
- • Trainees will learn theory and essential systems knowledge, reviews, and hands-on training, trainees will learn procedures to perform Measurements by using SI OR the American system
- • The program thoroughly measures the required and tolerances to make the right installation in each of the following items.
- • Cylinder Head Overhaul
- • Fitting cylinder liner inside the engine block
- • Power Cylinder Removal, Installation and Inspection
- • Adjustment of the fuel system to bring the exhaust emissions into compliance
